Confidence should come standard with every order. At victoryengrave, it does — backed by the return and refund terms below, written to protect you first.
Our Guarantee to You
Every purchase carries 30 calendar days of free returns, counted from the day your parcel arrives. In that window, sending an item back costs nothing: no restocking fee, no return postage. PARADISE GARAGE DOOR SERVICES, INC. covers both.
Returnable Purchases
An item is eligible for free return when all three points hold:
- It's unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact;
- You can supply your order number or another proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Purchases
A few categories stay final sale for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Gift cards;
- Products labeled "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout;
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
Returning Step by Step
- Send one email. Write to with your order number and a short reason.
- Get confirmation. Within 24-48 hours, we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Ship the parcel. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Refund begins. Processing starts the moment the carrier scans your parcel — waiting for warehouse arrival isn't required.

Please hold the parcel until you've heard from us. Returns shipped without our confirmation can't be matched to your order and may not be refunded.
About Your Refund
Speed Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually landing within 3-7 business days. A small number of banks take a day or two extra.
Taxes Never Touch You Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are never charged to victoryengrave customers — on orders, returns, or refunds. Every such cost stays with us.
Delayed Refund? After 7 business days with no credit showing:
- Check your bank or card statement once more;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Still nothing? Email and we'll investigate immediately.
Other Ways to Resolve
Swap Instead For a different size or color, order fresh and return the original — fastest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free after your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Arrival Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, and you choose: free replacement or full refund. Most of the time, nothing needs shipping back.
Cancel Before Dispatch Any cancellation before the carrier takes the parcel earns a full refund. Once shipped, the 30-day return above covers you.
