Getting Your Order Out
Once payment clears, we pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. public holiday orders leave the next business day, and a dispatch confirmation email follows as soon as your parcel departs.
Delivery Estimates
Standard transit runs about 20-45 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. Most U.S. and U.K. customers receive their orders comfortably within that window. If seasonal congestion slows a shipment, we'll alert you before you have to wonder.
What You'll Pay
Free Shipping Threshold
- $30.00 or more: free shipping — every order;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, displayed plainly at checkout before payment.
No Taxes, Ever Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never touch victoryengrave customers — we absorb them all, so your checkout total is your final total.
Service Areas
Delivery currently covers the United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses aren't supported at this time.
Tracking Requests
Once your parcel is moving, email with your order number and we'll reply with your tracking number plus the carrier's link — with fresh updates whenever you check in.
When Parcels Go Missing
A parcel stuck in transit or declared lost by the carrier is ours to fix, not yours to worry about. Contact ; after a quick verification, we either reship free of charge or refund in full — the outcome is always product, money, or both.
Address Accuracy
One careful look at your delivery address before checkout prevents most problems. Parcels to mistyped addresses aren't our responsibility, but if one returns to us, we'll resend gladly once you confirm the corrected address.
Multi-Box Orders
Multi-item orders sometimes travel as separate parcels arriving on different days — never at extra cost. Each parcel carries its own tracking number, yours on request.
